This website is hosted by an external service provider:
Hostinger
The host processes the data transmitted via the website on our behalf (including access/log data, content, contact, and metadata). The basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) as well as a contract for order processing (Art. 28 GDPR) with the provider.
Every time the website is accessed, the server automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits:

Recipient: The form data will be processed on our server (see item 3) and delivered exclusively via email to our inbox . No data will be passed on to any further third parties; only our email/hosting provider is involved in the delivery. No cookies are set for this form, and no third-party services (e.g., analysis or CAPTCHA services) are integrated. To protect against spam, a technical "honeypot" field is used, which does not collect personal data.
Legal basis: If your request is aimed at concluding a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in processing inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); if you have given your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies, which you can revoke at any time.
Storage duration: We store the inquiry data until your request has been processed and no further correspondence is expected. If an order is placed, the statutory retention periods (especially from HGB and AO, usually 6 or 10 years) apply. You can request deletion at any time, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent it.
